Shop Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

Perform an array of functions that may include helping in several different departments; grinding, inspections, painting and marking parts in heavy industrial settgin. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grinding parts with hand grinder
• Inspecting finished parts and products 3
• Marking parts and painting
• Pulling orders and boxing products for shipment
• Maintains safe and clean work environment, sweep, dust and mop.
• Operate large heavy industrial machines: Presses and/or CNC mills & lathes
• Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.
• Occasionally life and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. (with the proper lifting equipment) 
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
