Mig Welders Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- **Key Responsibilities:***
- Perform MIG welding processes on a variety of steel components with precision and efficiency
- .* Read and accurately interpret basic blueprints and work instructions to ensure product specifications are met
- .* Execute fitting, tacking, and welding operations to assemble parts into finished products.
- * Conduct thorough inspection of welded products to identify and correct any imperfections, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- * Safely operate grinders and other essential fabrication tools
- .* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Mig Welders Qualifications:
- **Required Skills & Qualifications:***
- Proven expertise in MIG welding techniques.
- * Ability to read and comprehend basic blueprints and work instructions.
- * Proficiency in using various fabrication tools, including grinders
- .* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and stooping.
- The work environment will involve exposure to both warm and cool temperatures.*
