We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our 1st Shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly and winding of transformers, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of essential electrical components within a structured environment.

Assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate semi-automatic winding equipment to accurately wind transformers according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform basic electrical testing of transformers as required, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Connect coils to terminals with precision and care.
- Build and assemble the supporting structure of power transformers, strictly following applicable drawing requirements and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Assembler Qualifications:
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
