Test Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Test Technician for our 1st shift operations. This role involves performing a variety of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical tests on systems, subassemblies, and parts. The successful candidate will ensure product functionality meets specifications and expertly diagnose failures, working both in our facility and at customer sites.

Test Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform comprehensive electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical tests on a range of products including electronic systems, subassemblies, and individual parts.
- Utilize various test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, functional testers) to gather data and verify performance against established specifications.
- Analyze test results to determine if units conform to design specifications and operational parameters.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose the root cause of unit failures, applying systematic problem-solving techniques.
- Document test procedures, results, and failure analyses accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting activities both within the company facility and at various customer locations, representing the company professionally.
Test Technician Qualifications:
- Proven experience conducting electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical testing.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using common test equipment (e.g., DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
