Belt Catcher 2nd Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 04:00pm to01:00am )
- Inspect printed garments for quality, identifying defects, print issues, or inconsistencies before orders are packed.
- Count, sort, and accurately pack finished apparel according to customer order specifications.
- Complete production paperwork and quality documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Stage finished orders for the next department while maintaining organization and production flow.
- Follow all safety, quality control, and production procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Belt Catcher 2nd Qualifications:
- Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues.
- Strong organizational and counting skills with the ability to accurately process and pack customer orders.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish, both verbally and in writing, for workplace safety and operational requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, stand for extended periods, and work comfortably in a warm manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, screen printing, printing press operations, packing, or production manufacturing is preferred.
