Manufacturing Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
100,000.00 to $ 130,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead and oversee all manufacturing and production operations to meet quality, efficiency, and delivery goals.
- Manage production schedules, labor performance, and departmental resources.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and manufacturing supply procurement.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop manufacturing personnel.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, machining, and programming issues as needed.
Manufacturing Manager Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a machine shop environment.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of FANUC and MAZATROL controls required.
- Proficient in CNC programming and G-Code troubleshooting; MasterCAM preferred.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams in a machining or manufacturing environment.
