Electrical Service Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
80,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service customers.
- Meet with customers to evaluate electrical service needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, maintenance work, and emergency repairs.
- Manage and support a team of service electricians and technicians.
- Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct job site visits and quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
Electrical Service Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership, foreman, superintendent, or service management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience working directly with customers and preparing estimates.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
