Equipment Operator – Conduit
Join an active construction team! We are looking for a dependable and experienced Mini X/Skid Steer Operator to assist with underground conduit installation. This position will involve both equipment operation and general construction labor.

Equipment Operator – Conduit Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Safely operate a Mini Excavator (Mini X) and Skid Steer.
- Excavate and prepare trenches for underground conduit.
- Assist with laying, positioning, and installing conduit.
- Maintain proper trench depth and grade as directed.
- Backfill and compact trenches.
- Move dirt, gravel, conduit, and other construction materials.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup.
- Help the crew with general construction labor as needed.
- Load, unload, carry, and organize materials.
- Use hand tools and assist with digging, shoveling, and other manual tasks.
- Work safely around underground utilities, equipment, and other workers.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow directions from the foreman and maintain a safe, productive jobsite.
Equipment Operator – Conduit Qualifications:
- Previous Mini X and/or Skid Steer experience preferred.
- Underground utility or conduit installation experience is a plus.
- Comfortable performing both equipment operation and physical labor.
- Ability to safely operate equipment around an active construction crew.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
- Must be willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Must meet required pre-employment screening requirements.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
