Production Line Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15p $16.50/hr
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:45pm-7:15am - $16.50/hr
- Candidates must be flexible and able to work 1st (Day) and 3rd (Night) shifts for initial training purposes and/or as operational needs may occasionally dictate.
- Efficiently and accurately pack chocolate products according to company standards and production quotas.
- Inspect products for quality defects, ensuring only top-quality items are packed and shipped.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all food safety and general workplace safety guidelines.
- Follow all production procedures and instructions meticulously.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Production Line Worker Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand/arm motions.
- English and Spanish Languages accepted.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
