Maintenance Supervisor Details:
Temporary position- $
28.85 to $ 46.63 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to03:30pm )
- Lead and support a team of Millwrights, assigning daily maintenance tasks and keeping the team on track.
- Troubleshoot and oversee repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to keep equipment reliable and minimize downtime.
- Partner with Production and Engineering teams to solve equipment issues and improve daily operations.
- Maintain a safe, organized maintenance operation while tracking work orders, parts, equipment performance, and maintenance costs.
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or an associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or mining environment, including 1–2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CMMS/maintenance management software; ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Industrial maintenance, welding, electrical, PLC, or Millwright certifications and experience are a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
