Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.25 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate and monitor retread machinery while following safety and production procedures.
- Load and unload materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Inspect products and equipment during operation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Report machine issues, production concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with overall facility housekeeping.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Manufacturing Associate, General Laborer, or in a related industrial environment.
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and perform frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and prolonged standing.
- Comfortable working in a very hot manufacturing environment and following all safety procedures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for safety and operational purposes.
- Must be able to commute reliably to Madison, TN; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check; and provide a current resume or complete work history upon request.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
