2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:00am to01:00am )
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Repair, replace, and adjust machine components to maintain efficient operations.
- Complete maintenance documentation and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work closely with production teams to identify equipment concerns and support continuous improvement efforts.
2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs independently.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.
