Bilingual Dispatcher / Customer Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.90 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Tuesday throughSaturday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Maintain and update LMH files using WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate with drivers to provide updates and resolve service issues.
- Support dispatch operations during high-volume periods.
- Track delivery activities and ensure accurate operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
Bilingual Dispatcher / Customer Rep Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, transportation, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
