Bilingual On-Site Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
The On-Site Specialist supports the overall success and improvement of the client’s On-Site program. They must exercise independent judgment anddiscretion in effectively guiding the activities of all associates and to ensure job performance goals are met or exceeded. This includes coaching,counseling, disciplining, and terminating associates when appropriate. They will create a strong bond with all temporary associates, reinforcing theemployer-associate relationship and their commitment to the client. All employees consistently support and promote the company mission, five keybeliefs, philosophies, and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Bilingual On-Site Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
