Laser Operator-2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.32 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Operate production equipment to manufacture and inspect rubber products.
- Load materials, package finished goods, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with general production tasks and support team goals as needed.
Laser Operator-2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following quality and safety procedures.
- Must be dependable, maintain good attendance, and work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma/GED preferred; pre-employment screening may be required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
