Description
Machine Operator
Looking for dependable candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience! These positions offer consistent Monday–Friday schedules with a shift differential once hired in. Overtime is mandatory! Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays when needed!
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM–11:00 PM

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:45am to03:00pm )
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Load and unload materials into machines.
- Perform basic machine setups and adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and quality.
- Follow work orders and production specifications.
- Complete basic troubleshooting when needed.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Recent manufacturing experience
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience required.
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Must be dependable with a good attendance history.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Must be willing to train and learn different machines.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
