MIG aluminum Welder
Looking for experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators ready for a direct-hire opportunity with a manufacturing/fabrication company! Pay: Up to $30/hour, depending on experience 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM + OT Fridays currently & 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM + OT Fridays currently.

MIG aluminum Welder Details:
Direct Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
- Measure, cut, position, and prepare materials for welding.
- Use grinders, saws, hand tools, and power tools.
- Read measurements, work orders, and fabrication instructions.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and proper fit.
- Perform grinding, finishing, and rework as needed.
MIG aluminum Welder Qualifications:
- MUST have previous MIG welding and fabrication experience.
- Must be able to successfully complete a weld test.
- Must have steel-toe boots for the weld test and work.
- Must be comfortable using welding, fabrication, and grinding equipment.
- Ability to accurately measure, fit, and fabricate metal components.
- Must be dependable and able to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
