Temporary Order FillerWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Temporary Order Filler to join our warehouse team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.**Key Responsibilities:*** Accurately fulfill orders in a piece pick production environment.* Efficiently utilize RF scanners to locate, pick, and process items.* Ensure all orders are packed and processed correctly with a high level of accuracy.* Adhere to departmental guidelines and productivity standards for order fulfillment.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.**Work Environment:**This role is performed within an indoor warehouse facility.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend consistently for the entire duration of the 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM shift.* Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the workday.* Demonstrated physical agility and stamina are essential for this role.**
Order Filler Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or general labor environment.
- Proficiency in operating RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in pick/pack operations is a plus
Successful candidates must complete and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
