Powder Coater Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and operation of powder coating equipment to ensure even and consistent application of coatings.
- Hang parts on line and take parts off and pack parts
- Inspect finished products with visual checks and precision measuring instrument checks for quality assurance, ensuring coatings are defect-free.
- Participate in job rotation in a variety of areas based on production needs. Everyone participates in job rotation as needed.
- Performance reviews after 30 and 90 days with room for growth.
Powder Coater Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months powder coating experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot environment
- Must have excellent attendance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
