Insurance Agent
Seeking a customer-focused Insurance Agent to assist personal lines clients, prepare quotes, explain coverage options, process payments, and support claims. A Michigan Property and Casualty license is preferred or must be obtained within the required timeframe. Commission, bonuses, and benefits are available after training and direct hire.

Insurance Agent Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Will be working with home and auto clients primarily, as well as other personal policy lines.
- Will be answering phones, creating insurance proposals, presenting protection solutions, processing payments, studying and referencing insurance policy language, and submitting claims.
- The company offers commission and bonuses once hired direct and training is complete.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available once hired direct.
- Current Property and Casualty license preferred.
- If there is no current license, candidate must be able to pass the Michigan Property and Casualty licensing exam within a given timeframe.
Insurance Agent Qualifications:
- Previous insurance experience preferred.
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Strong work history is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma/GED required but Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
- Health, Property and Casualty license highly preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
