Elwood Staffing is seeking a Retail Technician. This individual is responsible for traveling to retail locations regionally to assemble, install, and maintain product displays, shelving units, fixtures, and promotional materials. This role ensures displays are built according to specifications, are visually appealing, and meet safety and quality standards.

Retail Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Travel to assigned retail stores to assemble and install displays, fixtures, and merchandising units.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and planograms.
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations safely and efficiently.
- Ensure displays are properly stocked, aligned, and visually attractive.
- Conduct repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on existing fixtures as needed.
- Communicate with store personnel and project managers regarding installation status.
- Capture and submit photos and reports documenting completed work.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at customer locations.
Retail Technician Qualifications:
- Experience with assembly, installation, construction, merchandising, or related field work preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
