We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Equipment Operator for a temporary-to-hire position within our cold storage facility. The primary responsibility of this role is the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment, specifically forklifts and reach trucks, to manage product movement. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a consistent first-shift schedule with the potential for long-term employment.

Equipment Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts (FL) and Crown reach trucks to pull, move, and stack pallets.*
- Ensure accurate and timely movement of materials within the cold storage environment.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Equipment Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a Reach Truck.
- Proven experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift.
- Comfortable working consistently in a cold storage environment
- Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution center setting.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
