Test Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.25 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:15pm to12:45am )
- Perform functional and quality testing on electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and finished products.
- Troubleshoot and identify defects, test failures, and assembly discrepancies. Record test results, complete documentation, and maintain accurate production records.
- Follow schematics, work instructions, and testing procedures to ensure product quality.
- Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve product and process issues.
Test Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must successfully pass a basic electronics assessment covering electrical components and circuits.
- Prior experience in electronics testing, electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical instructions, and testing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and troubleshooting skills required.
- Ability to work full-time in a manufacturing environment, including overtime as needed.
