Quality Engineer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 /annually
• Salaried

• Establish and maintain quality standards for products, processes and systems.
• Design, implement and maintain Quality Control systems.
• Monitor production processes and test products to identify potential issues and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Investigate, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions.
• Involved in training employees on quality procedures and standards
• Work with CMM inspection in regard to measurement method & measurement structure.
• Work with other leaders in problem solving of manufacturing issues and continuous process improvement.
• Perform part buyoff from manufacturing work centers.
• Perform work in accordance with company Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations. Follow instructions, identify hazards, and notify appropriate personnel to immediately correct the matter.
• Assist and support other department functions where applicable
• Conduct operations in a cost-effective and cost-conscious manner.
