Wave Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:15pm to 12:45am)
  • Operate and monitor wave solder equipment to support the production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
  • Load and unload circuit boards, perform visual inspections, and verify solder joint quality meets standards.
  • Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report quality concerns, defects, or machine issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting production goals and quality requirements

Wave Operator Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, electronics assembly, or soldering experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect small components and solder joints for quality and accuracy.
  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must train on 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-10:00 AM) for approximately 2 weeks before transitioning to 2nd Shift.
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
