Wave Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:15pm to12:45am )
- Operate and monitor wave solder equipment to support the production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
- Load and unload circuit boards, perform visual inspections, and verify solder joint quality meets standards.
- Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report quality concerns, defects, or machine issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting production goals and quality requirements
Wave Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, electronics assembly, or soldering experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect small components and solder joints for quality and accuracy.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must train on 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-10:00 AM) for approximately 2 weeks before transitioning to 2nd Shift.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
