Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:15pm to12:45am )
- Apply conformal coating to printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using coating equipment and established procedures.
- Mask, prepare, and inspect circuit boards to ensure proper coating coverage and product quality.
- Perform visual inspections using UV lights and magnification tools to identify defects and complete touch-up work as needed.
- Operate curing equipment, follow process specifications, and accurately complete production documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area while following quality standards, ESD procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Previous electronics manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, coating, painting, soldering, or quality inspection experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills with the ability to work on small electronic components.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks before moving to 2nd shift.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
