Surface Mount Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:15pm to12:45am )
- Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment to support efficient electronic component production.
- Load materials, components, and reels into machines and replenish supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Perform in-process inspections to verify product quality and identify defects or production issues.
- Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Surface Mount Operator Qualifications:
- Must be available to train on the first shift for two weeks.
- Previous machine operator experience required
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, handle small components, and perform detailed visual inspections.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
