Thur-Hole Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Manually insert electronic components into circuit boards using diagrams, bills of material, and work instructions.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure components are correctly placed and meet quality standards.
- Use hand tools as needed to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety and PPE requirements.
- Participate in training and work closely with team members to support production goals and quality expectations.
Thur-Hole Operator Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on work experience preferred; electronics assembly experience is a plus.
- Must have strong fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, close vision, and attention to detail for repetitive component insertion work.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, along with basic computer and math skills.
- Candidates must follow diagrams, work instructions, and quality standards.
- High School Diploma or GED required unless otherwise specified.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
