Sideline Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Insert thru-hole electronic components into printed circuit boards by hand following diagrams and work instructions.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Inspect completed work to ensure components are properly placed and meet quality standards.
- Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle small parts and electronic components.
- Cross-train in additional manufacturing processes while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Sideline Operator Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, quality inspection, packaging, or small parts experience preferred but not required.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and the ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow diagrams, work instructions, quality standards, and written/verbal instructions in English.
- Experience with hand tools, measuring devices, electronics assembly, hobbies such as model building, crafts, gaming, or similar hands-on activities is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required
- Candidates must demonstrate reliable attendance, dependability, and willingness to cross-train.
