DIRECT HIRE - We are seeking a skilled machine set up technician for an automotive components manufacturer in the Walesboro area.

Turning Set Up Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
23.75 / annually Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Maintains cycle process integrity with the direction of the production supervisor
- Works with support department to ensure tools, machines and processes are optimized
- Recommends and implements changes and improvements to cycles, processes and procedures to maintain schedules and quality parts
- Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production cycles and procedures
Turning Set Up Technician Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment dealing with the operation of CNC equipment
- Familiarity of metrics, blueprint reading, micrometers and calipers
- Prior experience with set-up of gauging and programmable automation helpful
- Prior technical training desired
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
