Mechanic Details:
Direct Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Overtime will be regularly required, particularly during peak operational seasons, to meet business demands
- Execute comprehensive diagnostic, repair, and modification services on various heavy equipment vehicles
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and component replacements to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including labor hours, parts utilized, and service history
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace policies
- Collaborate effectively with the Territory Manager to manage workload and prioritize equipment service needs
Mechanic Qualifications:
- 3+ years mechanic experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Mechanic, with a strong background in both automotive and diesel mechanics
- Proven expertise in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment vehicles
- Valid CDL Class B license is mandatory
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
