Customer Service/ Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Full-time position with a starting wage of $18.00/hour during training, transitioning to base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Respond to inbound inquiries while identifying opportunities to promote products and services that meet customer needs.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Customer Service/ Sales Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or account management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with customers, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Proficient with computers, email, and basic business software.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
