We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Temporary Production Associates. In this fast-paced production environment, you will play a crucial role in the packaging and preparation of advertising materials for distribution. This is a full-time temporary position requiring flexibility and the ability to meet demanding production schedules.

Day Shift: 6am - 4:30pm
Evening Shift: 6pm - 4:30am
Production Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
10.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate at designated production stations, primarily focusing on the accurate and efficient feeding of advertising pieces into packets.
- Monitor automated inserter machinery, ensuring a continuous workflow by "catching" completed packets off the line.
- Bundle, box, and prepare finished packets for shipping, adhering to strict quality and packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Perform various general labor tasks as needed to support overall production goals and departmental efficiency.
Production Associate Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a general labor, pick/pack, or production line environment.
- Demonstrated ability to stand for extended periods, consistently up to 10-12 hours per shift.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance.
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
Physical Demands:
- This position requires prolonged standing for the entirety of a 10-12 hour shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
- Capable of performing general physical labor in a dynamic production setting.
