Part Time Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift
- Operate manual machining equipment, including drills, mills, and lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
Part Time Machinist Qualifications:
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate machinery, tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Ability to read blueprints, gauges, measuring devices, and work instructions.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to safely operate machining equipment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
