This role involves the precise installation of finish products in new homes and construction projects, requiring proficiency with hand tools, accurate use of a tape measure, and professional interaction with clients.Utilize a variety of hand tools and a tape measure accurately for all installation tasks.* Engage professionally and courteously with clients on job sites, acting as a customer service representative (CSR).*.**Work Environment & Physical Demands:*** Work environments are dynamic and varied, including a warehouse for assembly tasks and diverse customer construction sites for installations.* Frequent exposure to outdoor and non-climate-controlled conditions is a common aspect of the role.* Ability to individually lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.* Ability to safely team-lift objects weighing up to 100 lbs.* Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and walking throughout the workday.
