Mold Setter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30am )
- Review production schedules and collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to prioritize mold changes based on daily reports.
- Retrieve molds from storage, carefully inspecting their condition and ensuring proper handling throughout the process.
- Execute mold changes, accurately positioning and clamping molds within the presses.
- Process molds by adjusting machine parameters such as pressure, temperature, speed, and feed rates, setting cycle times according to precise specifications.
- Perform daily inspections of assigned equipment to ensure both safety and optimal operational performance.
Mold Setter Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Previous experience with Plastic Injection Molding processes.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
