Warehouse Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughMonday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
- Assist with the processing and manufacturing of animal-feed ingredients.
- Load, unload, move, and handle raw materials and finished products.
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Perform routine housekeeping and sanitation duties.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Safely use forklifts or other material-handling equipment when required.
- Follow all company safety and food/feed-quality requirements.
Warehouse Operator Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Able to work in a production/manufacturing environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass required background and drug/alcohol screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as required by production needs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
