We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Outreach Program Support Specialist II to provide administrative support for community outreach and peer-support programs. This position assists with data entry, application processing, file maintenance, scheduling, reporting, and responding to individuals seeking community resources.

Outreach Program Support Specialist II Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.67 to $ 25.61 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide administrative support to outreach and peer-support programs
- Enter accurate information into multiple databases
- Assemble, review, and maintain participant files and reference materials
- Process program applications according to established procedures
- Schedule appointments and coordinate front-desk responsibilities
- Connect individuals with appropriate community programs and resources
- Maintain records of outreach contacts and participant services
- Maintain confidentiality of participant and organizational information Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Outreach Program Support Specialist II Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a client-focused position
- Minimum of six months of administrative, organizational, or recordkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong computer skills, including
- Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to maintain participant and departmental confidentiality
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
