Maintenance Short Term
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Maintenance Crew member to join our team within a bustling manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of hands-on tasks, including painting, welding, and rigging, and capable of operating specialized equipment such as boom lifts.

Maintenance Short Term Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to02:00pm )
- Perform diverse heavy construction and maintenance tasks, including comprehensive industrial painting, surface preparation, and coating applications.
- Execute various welding operations, with particular expertise in MIG welding techniques, for repair, fabrication, and structural integrity.
- Safely conduct light rigging duties, including proper selection, inspection, use, and removal of rigging equipment for lifting, securing, and moving materials and machinery.
- Operate aerial work platforms (AWPs), specifically boom lifts, in strict adherence to safety protocols to perform work at elevated heights.
Maintenance Short Term Qualifications:
- Demonstrated heavy construction background with significant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven proficiency in industrial painting, including surface preparation and application.
- Experience and competence in various welding techniques, with specific experience in MIG welding.
- Solid understanding and practical experience in light rigging practices and safe lifting operations.
- Certified or extensively experienced in the safe operation of boom lifts and other aerial work platforms.
- Expertise in the safe and effective use of a wide array of hand and power tools common in maintenance and construction trades.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
