Logistics Support Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Enter and update information in the company ERP system Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation
- Maintain organized logistics records and files
- Assist with emails, reports, and data entry Prepare, package, and ship samples and trade show materials
- Provide backup support for the Dispatcher at both warehouse locations
- Assist the Logistics Department with other duties as needed
Logistics Support Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent Previous logistics, administrative, customer service, or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with ERP or inventory software is a plus Forklift experience or willingness to learn is a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
