Groundskeeper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:00pm )
Groundskeeping - using a zero turn on outside property, grounds maintenance, and other duties assigned. May help with other tasks outside as far as grounds keeping or projects inside on the same pathway as cleaning.
Groundskeeper Qualifications:
- Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other groundskeeping equipment
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional grounds
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Basic knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use equipment responsibly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
