HR Generalist Details:
Temporary position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Support employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR record maintenance
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process coordination
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Process personnel transactions, reports, and confidential documentation accurately
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- HR experience, HR coursework, or a foundational understanding of Human Resources required
- At least 1 year of professional data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential information professionally and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or other HR functions is a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
