General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday )
The General Production role works on the front line to ensure the ongoing processing of our reusable containers in regards to quality, quantity and food safety.
Automated washing, sanitizing, and drying of reusable plastic containers (RPCs) and bulk bins.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Machinery Operation: Capacity to understand and operate automated machinery, including touchscreen and switch panels.
- Literacy & Communication: Ability to understand written work instructions regarding quality and machine operations.
- Safety Compliance: Commitment to operating safely in alignment with guidelines like Lockout/Tag-out and chemical handling.Flexibility:
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime based on plant volume and production needs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
