Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Load, unload, and move rugs throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with moving rugs weighing 120-140 lbs. with a team member
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Fluent Spanish language skills required; candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish throughout the workday.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy rugs weighing up to 140 lbs. with assistance
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing repetitive lifting and carrying tasks
