Commercial Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential flooring projects from planning through successful completion. This role requires a professional who can effectively coordinate all project phases, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Commercial Project Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.63 to $ 26.44 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday )
- Occasional Saturday work may be required based on project needs
- Manage commercial and residential flooring projects, from initial planning to final completion
- Review construction blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution
- Coordinate extensively with clients, architects, designers, contractors, installers, suppliers, and internal team members
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, timelines, budgets, and material procurement plans
- Monitor project costs, labor expenses, and overall profitability, taking corrective action as needed
- Lead installation teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and according to specifications
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and proactively resolve project issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, change orders, billing, and reporting

Commercial Project Manager Qualifications:
- Proven project management and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications (Blueprint Reading)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sound understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs)
- Prior experience in estimating, project management, and sales is preferred; training will be provided for estimating if needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
