Rapid Recovery Facilitator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:30pm )
- Medical-Only Worker's Compensation Claim Management
- Return-to-Work Coordination
- Administrative Support
Rapid Recovery Facilitator Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, insurance, claims, medical, office or return-to-work principles preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish (both written and verbal) preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
