Refrigeration/Hot Side Service Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and related systems
- Repair hot-side equipment including ovens, fryers, ranges, griddles, and steamers
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and installations
- Provide professional, reliable service to customers
Refrigeration/Hot Side Service Tech Qualifications:
- HVAC Certifications
- 3+ years of experience servicing commercial refrigeration and/or foodservice equipment
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, electrical components, and mechanical equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines, and other refrigeration equipment
- Experience servicing hot-side equipment such as ovens, fryers, ranges, griddles, steamers, and hot holding equipment
- Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues accurately and efficiently
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift equipment and parts and work in various environments, including confined spaces, rooftops, kitchens, and walk-in coolers/freezers
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or participate in an on-call rotation when needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
