CNC Operator Qualifications:

Job Title: CNC Operator Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00PM-7:00AM (Overtime may be required) About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate production of precision parts using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC operations, including setup, blueprint reading, and precise measurement techniques, contributing to our dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. * Set up and adjust CNC machines for various operations, including tool changes and fixture adjustments. * Load and unload materials onto CNC machines. * Perform routine machine maintenance as required. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. * Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to perform quality checks on finished products. * Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations, and troubleshoot minor issues. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: * CNC experience preferred(Will review resumes with strong work history in a manufacturing facility. * Requires a minimum of one year of manufacturing experience. Work Environment: * This position operates in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, lift, and reach. * Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
