Maintenance Technician
Seeking a Maintenance Technician for an industrial manufacturing company in Spring Arbor on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with general facility maintenance and operations.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 01:30pm to11:30pm )
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues involving pumps, fuses, and 3-phase electrical systems.
- Perform routine building maintenance, including:
- Replacing lighting fixtures and bulbs
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- Lawn care and grounds maintenance
- Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Utilize basic computer systems for maintenance tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting pumps, fuses, and 3-phase wiring systems.
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of industrial equipment.
- Experience performing general building maintenance tasks.
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Requirements:
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience
- Wastewater treatment or wastewater systems experience
- Industrial coating processes, including:
- Powder Coating
- E-Coat
- Dip Spin
- Plating
- Hydraulic system repair and maintenance
- Industrial plumbing experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
