We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Truck Loaders/Unloaders in Athens, AL. This position involves loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Loader/Unloader Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Assemble office furniture components and finished products
- Operate production equipment and hand tools Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals
Loader/Unloader Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as required
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including varying temperatures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to safety and quality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must have valid driver license
- Associates who demonstrate good attendance, strong performance, and a positive attitude may be eligible for a pay increase to $18.00 per hour after 30 days, based on performance and client requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
